When you submit a form, request a workflow review, call us, text us, email us, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, service area, project details, inquiry details, scheduling details, and any message, attachment, or photo you choose to provide.
When you interact with a phone or messaging workflow, we may also collect the calling and receiving numbers, date and time, call or message identifiers, delivery and routing records, keypad selections, the disclosure or consent language presented, your response, opt-in and opt-out records, and—when disclosed and permitted—call audio, transcripts, or summaries.
If you become a client, we may also collect business process information, workflow requirements, customer communication preferences, support requests, and operational information needed to configure, test, monitor, and support automation systems.
We may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
How We Use Information

SMS and Mobile Communications
If you explicitly consent to receive text messages from JNautomations, we may send customer-care SMS or MMS messages about your current inquiry or service request, including follow-up questions, requested photos, scheduling, status updates, and customer support. Consent for these messages does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with JNautomations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Depending on the interaction, these providers may process contact details, communications, call or message metadata, attachments, transcripts, or summaries only as needed to provide their services to JNautomations. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, our website does not currently respond to them. Where legally required, we will honor recognized browser-based privacy preference signals.
